Stallions Make The 2014 Junior Olympics

SPRING (July 4, 2014) Klein ISD’s Memorial Stadium was home to the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) Gulf Area 17 Regional Qualifier this last weekend. The Texas Stallions Track Club, Inc, a Spring-Klein based track and field organization participated in the 4 day event and advanced 26 athletes to the AAU Junior Olympics nationals. The nationals will be held July 26-Aug. 2 at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. Medals went to the top three performers in each event, and the Stallions came home with 23 medals in all.
